At Limetropy, we like to get involved with community initiatives which have connect people.

So when CX Superheores podcast host (and founder of the Customer Experience World Games we are involved with), Christopher Brooks approached us about this one, we were interested to know more.

After all, being a Voice of the Customer platform provider, we know the importance of listening. We agreed it is a great idea, so here it is.

What’s the big idea?

We will invite a cross section from the customer experience community to review a leading CX book each month.

The idea is to review a CX book every month of 2021.

We invite CXers to join our CX Book Club

We select several guests each month from the Club to review a chosen title.

Limetropy will send the title to those chosen.

At the end of each month, we will host a webinar to review the book with the guests, facilitated by Christopher Brooks.

Plus, as part of the review, we will invite the author for a live Q&A session.

We are delighted to kick off the CX Book Club with Adrian Swinscoe’s popular Punk CX.

If you would like to be considered for the guest reviewer’s list, please let us know.

We will select several guests each month and forward a copy of the next book, ready for you to review.

If you apply and aren’t selected for Jaunarys review, your name will carry over to February and so on.
