We have created a very special area for very special CX types.
Earlier this year we launched the Customer Experience World Games. 175 talented CXers from across the globe volunteererd their time to help others. Across several games the players remotely created 29 business ideas and solutions for charities, social causes and independent retailers. The CXWG closed in July, but the ideas are still valid.
As a thanks you to those who shared their time and talents, we are opening a CX Learning Library as a legacy from the games. All ideas are now available to those who actively participated in the games.
Two of the players nominated for the Hall of Recognition becuase of their contribution had this to say about the initiative:
“Thank you very much, what a very cool prize to receive!” – Sharon Boyd, CanoodleCX
“Very excited about this! Thank you Limetropy.” – Zoltan Kumar, UCL Student Experience
For the future
It doesn’t stop there. Everytime a Customer Experience Game is played out, the challenge and the entries are added, making this an ever expanding library.
It will be the only reference of CX business idea and solutions for real problems in the world. No theories or stories, just pratical ‘how to’ plans for real life CX challenges.
We are excited to see how the library builds and more importantly how the brilliant ideas within it are used by others to #makeadifference.
If you would like to be a part of a future games, sign up and be informed when a Customer Experience World Games is coming to a city or a virtual arena near you.
